We offer several packages that will all keep your garden in tiptop condition throughout the year. All our packages include our signature lawn mow as well as various other tasks that our team will take care of at the right times throughout the year.
Along with the ready-made packages, we’re also able to offer any custom jobs that you might like doing and we’d be happy to make suggestions based on the size and composition of your garden.

Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
You contact us at your convenience , any time of year is good to get the care package under way. At no time do we charge you any money to visit and prepare a quotation. We come to the property, listen to your requirements advise on what we can do and why we recommend doing different aspects of lawn and garden care.
We fill in one of our forms listing an agreed programme of work, go away add the costs of the combined services and forward you a quotation for the work. The cost of the work is split into 12 equal payments paid via direct debit /cheque /Bacs or cash due on the same date each month.
How long are you at my property?
At different times of the year we will be spending more time than others at your property as more up-keep or time consuming work is required, we do some jobs at different times of the year, we do not mow lawns from mid November till mid March however we remove fallen leaves, mulch flower beds, plant trees and shrubs, add organic matter to soil amongst other tasks.
I do not require all the things on your list doing?
This is why we prepare a bespoke care package that is tailored for your requirements with only the work you wish us to do making up your package.
Am I under contract?
For the first 12 months there is, monthly thereafter its a 30 day rolling contract. You can request we stop the care package with one months notice in writing to us, any problems you have with any part of our service please let us know promptly so we can address the problem.
I require some additional work doing
We can always find time to do additional work that as not been agreed in your package, first we will give you a price then subject to the price being acceptable we do the job.
On the anniversary of your bespoke lawn and garden care package we can do a review and add or reduce services as required.
What if I recommend someone?
If you recommend an acquaintance to Went To Mow, once we have received two payments from the recommended client we then send you a cheque for £25 as a thank you, this will happen as many times as you recommend a new client.
